Hello,

From the extension, you can export to excel the Keepa Historical Trend. Doing this for all of our listings would be a very time
intensive process. Is there a place where we can do this is in mass? If so where and how.

  Sorry,cause the data of keepa history trend is large.
  It can't be downloaded for all the listing at once.
  It can only be exported for one ASIN at once.

  Firstly,you should cancel the credit card subscription on the Dashboard - Profile-My subscription。

there is a problem on the program it does not show Seller on that product and not numbers of sellers , either they are FBA or FBM kindly tell me solution of these problems.

  The seller and delivery method are not displayed. Please try the following methods:
  1. Clear browser cookies (all time) + plug-in cache;
  2. Uninstall the plug-in and reinstall it;
  3. Change Amazon post code;
  4. Update the browser;
  If none of the above methods can solve the problem, we will release a new version of the plug-in in this week to solve the problem. Please wait patiently~

  The information of ASINs is intercepted。
  Try these ways:
  1. Change the browser, it may be that Amazon is blocking the current browser port
  Try installing plugins for 1-2 other browsers, and if possible, indicate the browser port being blocked
  Wait for a period of time for the current browser to be released from Amazon's whitelist

It's possible that Amazon intercepted the IP address, Only replace with a new IP, and after replacing the IP, clear all browser history cookies,Clearing the plugin cache and refreshing the page should restore it

dear team ,

there is a problem on the prpgram about the keyword datas.
when i search on the amazon home page ; the program never shows the search volume but when i check the reverse ASIN from the main product page it shows the search volume datas. please check the pictures. i have checked too many keyword and the problem is the same.what is the problem on this program?

I have also a few question more and i sent a couple of e mail to your support depertman and i hav received an cursory ansver and also it was too many days later.

is there any e mail to discuss and solve the problems or not?

Hello,

The sales graph data for AMZ Japan has been VERY inaccurate (almost 100X to 500X) off for products. I have confirmed this with some of my own listings. Why is Sellersprite data so wrong now? The data for AMZ seems OK but AMZ Japan totally incorrect. Why?
