According to the information on the Google Chrome store the extension was supposed to be free for life. I have used the extension for 3 days and the Keyword Mining has never worked and now the Reverse ASIN that I need to upgrade my plan. Why is this not free for life as your ad in the Google Chrome store stated?<br><br>Thank You,<br>James<br>

Hi, In my comment below (2019-12-17 06:00), I didn't mention about want to see product page when the SellerSprite Extension is open. I tried to mention about that I couldn't saw the left side of Seller Sprite Extension. Meanwhile, I also use the extension of the 3 major programs. We can drag and drop these three extensions anywhere on the page. But I can't do this with SellerSprite Extension. This feature will be user friendly to us if you can do it. Thank you.

Hi, When I open the extension on an Amazon product page, I can't see the left side of the Seller Sprite extension. I try to pull the extension to the right to see the left side, but the extension does not move and stays where it is. Thank you.

Hi, I use Keepa and Seller Sprite at the same time. But when I start to work Keepa Extension, Seller Sprite Extension doesn't show results graphically at the bottom of the page. How can I use this feature of the Seller Sprite that I bought annually? Thank you.
