A lot of products are not in product sprite for Amazon Japan. Even specific ASIN look ups says the item does not exist. Will this be fixed? I signed up just for this specific function.

Hi I would like to ask you about Top Sales Monthly. I tried and used it for monthly sales of my items for this month as a test. In Amazon, it was 531 as an actual sales. But with SellerSprite, We got completely different number and it was 183. Why did that happen? Thank you,
