Extension Guide-Download Customer Reviews

The review download feature in the extension allows you to export Listing reviews with one click, making review analysis fast and easy, and quickly identify product strengths and pain points.

Note: Due to Amazon's restrictions, you must log in with a buyer account to download reviews. Only the top 100 reviews per star rating can be exported, with a maximum of 500 reviews per Listing.

On the Amazon product Listing page, click the Download Reviews button next to the main image to export reviews instantly.

After download the file, you will get the same Excel table as the figure below.

For better analysis, you can use filters to refine your review selection:

a. Select the date range – This depends on the Listing. If a change was made three months ago, you may want to filter for reviews from the past three months.
b. Filter by review type – Choose from Verified, Helpful, with Images, or with Videos.
c. Filter by ratings – This is especially useful when analyzing what customers particularly like or dislike about a product.
d. Sort by ASIN in the Model tab – This organizes reviews by the ASIN of each variation.

Note: The total number of reviews across variations may not match the Listing’s total review count. This is because some reviews are not attributed to a specific variation by Amazon.
