Review Analysis provides a valuable and in-depth look into a product’s reviews. This can be used for your own products or for a competitor’s product to see how they are faring. Review Analysis is part of our Chrome Extension tool. Follow the steps below to learn how to effectively use Review Analysis.
If you’ve added products to Review Analysis, you can see them here. Just select a product, then click ‘Bulk View’.
You will be directed to the page shown below and see all variations, and each variation’s ratings, reviews, review ratio, etc.
You can download it by clicking the ‘Export as PDF’ button. You can also click the ‘Share’ icon to send it to any of your colleagues or friends. They will be able to see all these details, even if they haven’t signed in to SellerSprite.

Alternatively, you can use Review Analysis on the extension. On any listing detail page, open the AI Review Analysis feature in the SellerSprite extension, and click [Generate AI Analysis Report].

The system will automatically extract information from the top 300 reviews of the listing using a combination of Shulex VOC’s proprietary algorithm and ChatGPT, providing insights across 6 key dimensions: consumer profiles, product strengths and weaknesses, usage scenarios, consumer expectations, and real purchasing motivations.

The above is the AI review analysis displayed in the extension. By clicking the link to SellerSprite’s web-based review analysis report, you can also access multi-dimensional analysis based on all reviews.
View the ratings and number of reviews for each variation. Variations with no reviews will not be displayed. Generally, the higher the sales, the more ratings a variant has.

Track Review Sentiment Changes:
The percentage of each star rating and review rating shows the number and proportion of ratings/reviews for each star level.
Review content is visible to buyers and directly affects the listing conversion rate. If there’s a high percentage of negative reviews, you can look at the specific negative content and make targeted improvements.
Switch between different time frames to see if the review sentiment improves with copy optimization and product improvements.
